## Decision

The four legacy `ROOM 1`…`ROOM 4` areas become four distinct private homes,
not hotel rooms, rentals, or copies of one shared plan. Each program has a
substantial two-storey residence, four private beds, great room, kitchen/work
area, library, private washroom/ensuite, service/store, two exterior doors,
two independent estate routes, formal landscape, a bounded yard or elevated
court, and new glowing wayfinding. The original ROOM signs remain unchanged as
the historic gates.

The houses sit in the outer reaches so the exact Grand Hall reserve
`[240,3,132]..[337,24,188]` remains completely free of mini-estate records.
The THR/Spine easement at x369 and the lift reserve at
`[346,3,182]..[354,90,190]` also remain outside every operation.

The exact patch bounds include the signed-gate approaches and are therefore a
little wider than the estate envelopes: ROOM 4 `[187,3,65]..[263,24,130]`,
ROOM 3 `[274,3,65]..[337,24,130]`, ROOM 2
`[187,3,190]..[263,29,260]`, and ROOM 1
`[274,3,190]..[337,29,260]`. None enters the Grand Hall reserve.

### Architectural identities

- **Birchglass** uses birch, calcite, oxidized copper, lime glass and a
  conservatory garden language.
- **Starlight** uses deepslate, blackstone, amethyst, purple glass and an
  observatory/library language.
- **Redwood** uses dark oak, spruce, brick, packed mud and warm ochre light.
  Its Y16 glass court is new construction, not an inherited terrace.
- **Copperlight** uses white concrete, bamboo, quartz, weathered copper and
  cyan glass. Its Y17 glass-view court and home deliberately float above and
  incorporate the inherited southeast terraces without changing them.

## Existing fabric and conflicts

The planning scan covered every source coordinate through the current saved
Anvil data. Every patch record has a block-entity-free exact before state;
none overwrites water, lava, bedrock, rails, redstone/control blocks, legacy
signs, containers, glowstone, or existing torches.

The exact 14,724-glowstone roof control at
`[260,32,130]..[344,36,262]`, 206 powered rails and 9 ordinary rails in the
THR/Spine control box, both Estate chests, and all four original ROOM signs are
manifest preconditions for every operation.

## Daylight and lighting engineering

The luminous ceiling is a visual sky, not the sole floor light. North estates
receive complete light-blue/white/yellow stained-glass skies at Y24; the two
elevated south estates receive them at Y29. Each includes a froglight sun disc.
Invisible `minecraft:light[level=15,waterlogged=false]` blocks form the
low-level open-space lattice, while paths, stairs, cornices and interiors have
additional visible lighting.

Coverage is computed as `15 − 3D Manhattan distance` from each level-15 source
to every adjacent walkable open-space sample. Opaque-separated interiors and
the exact-retained ROOM 1 terrace fabric are not credited by that calculation;
they have their own cornice/interior fixtures or existing retained lighting.
The isolated Paper rehearsal is the required compatibility proof for invisible
Light blocks and all explicit block-state properties.

Total: **50,020 exact coordinates**. The four sets are mutually disjoint and
have zero coordinate overlap with the current eight-operation vertical / Grand
Hall package. Root should serialize the vertical chain and this four-operation
chain under the global mutation lock. Within this chain, apply north-west,
north-east, south-west, then south-east; roll back in the exact reverse order.
Every live apply still requires zero players, `save-all flush`, stable region
backup/hash, manifest controls, exact per-stage verification, route QA, final
flush, and forceload cleanup.

The isolated Paper clone applied and exactly verified all 50,020 coordinates,
checked both doors and the full processional route for every home, preserved
all protected controls, then verified the complete reverse chain and rollback.
Root subsequently applied the four operations after the ten-operation vertical
chain. `fixtures/mountain-side-estate-live-verification-20260827.json` proves
all 14 operations exact before and after a real Paper restart: 151,285 input
records, 146,912 composed coordinates, zero mismatches. All four false skies,
doors, routes and minimum-light assertions passed in the live saved world.
