These are exact proposed architectural coordinates. The city is not built. Public edition: mystery locations and clue answers are omitted. The source evidence is dated September 1; no fresh live-world survey or mechanism test is claimed.

Reconciled decisions
240×208 mall; 88 retained tenant addresses and 58/22/8 mix; four retail floors on eight-block spacing. Six cinema rooms occupy corner anchors across L3–L4. L3 food is six North and four South units. Housing is four terraces of twelve homes. Command extends to Y−16 for its tall situation floor. Night Watch uses three levels with individual salons and suites.
Circulation and remaining engineering
Each room has two released doorways into separate front and service route systems, with graph-checked access to stairs. Campus crossings use service underpasses. The graph validates floor rectangles and core reservations, not actual world blocks, slab headroom or the underpass overrides. Fresh source collision checks, mechanism prototypes, inventory/NBT design and the independent outside escape and emergency rail destination remain construction work.
Current world and document history
The September records identify OASIS and Grand Central After Dark as built and restart-verified. The existing Living Atlas remains the recorded predecessor. The original Corridor Master Plan is preserved as historical evidence; it is not the active construction programme.
